OD Might Make An Appearance

We all know that the Death Standing marketing has been in full swing for a long time now. This leads me to believe that we might see something quite special at the Summer Game Fest. We all know Kojima and Geoff have a track record of revealing the developer’s latest and greatest. I could be wrong, however, I think the window of opportunity to see OD for the first time couldn’t be greater.

If it does show, it would mean that Kojima has been juggling both games. Kojima himself has stated he doesn’t know how many games he has left in him. Giving a USB drive of some gaming ideas he has to his studio is a bittersweet thing to do. There is no doubt Kojima is one of the greatest game developers to ever code a game. The stories and the way his team go about creating their art is something to be admired.

I personally believe we’ll see OD at one of the upcoming game events. If you cannot remember what OD is. It’s going to be a horror game. I think the last time we saw the game was in 2023 at The Game Awards. I think that’s enough time in itself to see some progress, right? One would assume so anyway.
