San Andreas Meets Vice City: Why GTA VI’s Launch Trailer Has Me Excited

Gtavi

GTA VI is getting closer to launch. When I discussed the game previously, I mentioned that it would be great if we got a mash-up of San Andreas and GTA Vice City. The fact that we’re getting that is super exciting. Sony have always had a close partnership with Rockstar, and we’re now seeing that in the promotional content coming out for the game. The trailer just dropped a month out from its actual release. Some would say that’s a bit early, but not for GTA VI. This franchise has always stood on its own.

There has been talk about how long the next GTA will actually take to be made as well. However, fear not, my fellow GTA bros and girls — it’s going to be more of a quick turnaround than past games. I think essentially, we’re going to see that a lot going into the next generation as well. There has been a lot of noise around how games take too long to make. I think it comes to a point where eventually developers will find a way that doesn’t affect the overall quality of the game and keeps fans of any franchise happy. And let’s face it, it really is something that is needed because when you look at Fable, Elder Scrolls, Uncharted, and others that have been dormant for a while now… you want that quick turnaround to your favourite games, and we do have the technology to make that work now, not just for the creators but for the fans as well.

Anyway, back on point: the GTA VI release trailer has dropped, and it’s stunning on a base PlayStation. God knows what this thing is going to look like on the Pro, or even the PC version in early 2027. Yeah, that’s a thing by the way — I’m not shocked by that either. I have been keeping my eyes on things while I have been away improving things. I hope you like the improvements by the way! Anyway, here is the launch trailer for GTA VI. Oh, and the music soundtrack for this game is a stunner as well. I love it. The video is below for you to check out again, because let’s face it, you’ve seen this by now. However, I had to cover it because it’s too big a game not to, right?
